2 cans (15 ounces each) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup vegetable broth or water
1 bay leaf
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of 1 lime
Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil: In a large skillet or saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
