My love affair with cooking began in my grandmother's tiny kitchen when I was just seven years old. After years of working in the corporate world, I found myself constantly gravitating back to the kitchen. I live with my partner Marco and our rescue cat, Basil (yes, named after the herb!), who's become an unofficial taste-tester and sous chef. Marco is endlessly patient with my kitchen experiments and has never complained about being my official food photographer and dishwasher.
