Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

  • 6 oz (170g) crab meat, drained and flaked

  • 2 green onions, finely chopped

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 24 wonton wrappers

  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

  • Prep the Filling:
  • Combine the cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, ground ginger, and salt in a medium bowl. Mix until well blended.
  • Assemble the Wontons:
  • Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Place about 1 teaspoon of the filling in the centre of each wrapper.
  • Moisten the edges of the wrapper with a little water. Fold the wrapper over the filling to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal. For a more decorative shape, bring the corners together and pinch to seal.
