Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp paprika

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 cup beef broth

  • For the Barbecue Sauce:
  • 1 cup ketchup

  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp molasses

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • For the Coleslaw:
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage

  • 1 cup shredded carrots

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • For Assembly:
  • 8 sandwich buns

Instructions:

  • Prepare the Brisket:
  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Mix the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, chili powder, and cumin in a small bowl.
