Ingredients:

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion

  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Prepare the Broccoli:
    Wash and chop the broccoli into bite-sized florets. Blanch the florets in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then immediately transfer them to a bowl of ice water to stop cooking. Drain well and set aside.
  • Cook the Bacon:
