  • 8 oz (225g) ditalini pasta

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 medium zucchini, diced

  • 1 red bell pepper, diced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth

  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  • Cook the Pasta:
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the ditalini pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Sauté the Vegetables:
