Ingredients:

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips

  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 25 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped

Instructions:

  • Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  • Melt the Chocolate: In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Add Vanilla: Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Mix in Oreos: Gently fold in about 20 of the chopped Oreo cookies, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the fudge mixture.
  • Pour into Pan: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly. Press the remaining chopped Oreos on top for added texture and visual appeal.
  • Chill: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until it is firm.
  • Cut and Serve: Once the fudge is set, lift it out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into 25 squares and serve.

Notes

  • For easier cutting, use a hot knife to slice the fudge.
  • Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • Feel free to experiment with different types of cookies or add-ins to personalize your fudge.
