Ingredients:

  • 20 fresh strawberries

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup (50g) powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup (25g) graham cracker crumbs

Instructions:

  • Prepare the Strawberries:
  • Wash the strawberries and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • Slice off the tops of the strawberries and hollow out the centers using a small paring knife or a melon baller.
  • Make the Filling:
  • In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until fully combined and smooth.
  • Fill the Strawberries:
  • Transfer the cheesecake filling into a piping bag fitted with a star tip or a plastic bag with the corner snipped off.
  • Pipe the filling into the hollowed-out strawberries, filling them generously.
