Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add cottage cheese, chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese to the bowl and mix well.
  4. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with olive oil and spread the chicken mixture evenly.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until chicken is no longer pink and reaches 165°F (75°C).
