Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a food processor, combine almond flour, cottage cheese, coconut flour, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, melted butter, and eggs. Pulse until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Allow the batter to rest for about 5 minutes to absorb moisture.
- Grease a donut pan with cooking spray or melted butter.
- Spoon the rested batter into the cavities of the greased donut pan, filling each about three-quarters full. Sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
