  4. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or tanginess as needed by adding more syrup or lemon juice, then blend again briefly.
  5. Pour the mousse into cups or a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
  6. Garnish with fresh berries or mint and serve chilled.
