Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and set a timer for 10 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip egg whites with a splash of white vinegar until stiff peaks form, about 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg yolks, cottage cheese, baking powder, salt, and whey protein powder until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites using a spatula.
  5. Pour the batter into a parchment-lined loaf pan, smoothing the top for even baking.
  6. Bake for around 50 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Turn off the oven and let the bread rest inside for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove the loaf from the oven, cool slightly, and then slice.
