Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease each cavity of your donut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, salt, baking powder, and pumpkin spice.
- In another bowl, mix the pumpkin pie puree, melted butter, and milk until smooth.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
- Fill each cavity of the donut pan about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes until donuts spring back when pressed.
- Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then move to a wire rack.
- Melt butter in a bowl; mix sugar with cinnamon for coating.
- Dip each donut in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
