Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  • Prepare the Chipotle Peppers:
  • Remove 2 tablespoons of chipotle peppers from the can of adobo sauce. Finely chop the peppers.
  • Blend the Ingredients:
  • In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
  • Add the chopped chipotle peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, and lime juice to the bowl.
