Ingredients:

  • 1 green tea bag

  • 1 cup hot water

  • 1 tablespoon aloe vera juice

  • 1 teaspoon guarana powder

  • 1 tablespoon flavored drink mix (sugar-free, your choice of flavor)

  • 1/2 cup cold water

  • Ice cubes

  • Optional: Fresh fruit slices or mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  • Brew the Tea: Begin by steeping the green tea bag in 1 cup of hot water for 3-5 minutes. Once the tea is brewed, remove the tea bag and allow it to cool slightly.
  • Mix Ingredients: In a large glass or shaker, combine the brewed green tea, aloe vera juice, guarana powder, and flavored drink mix. Stir or shake well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  • Add Cold Water and Ice: If the mixture is not already in a serving glass, pour it into one. Add 1/2 cup of cold water to dilute and enhance the flavor. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
